Despite having shared the Madhya Pradesh dressing room with TP Sudhindra and Mohnish Mishra for several years, teammate Naman Ojha could never have dreamt that his colleagues could be involved in corrupt practices.
“Television reports say that Sudhindra is banned for life while Mohnish was suspended for five years. But I have never witnessed any suspicious behaviour from any of them. I found them absolutely normal whenever we interacted,” Ojha told SUNDAY MiD DAY.
At the same time, Ojha doesn’t believe the Madhya Pradesh side will be a weaker unit in the coming season sans these key players. “It’s difficult to fill slots left by senior players, but after few matches, the team will gel as a unit and we would be able to play our natural game,” the wicketkeeper-batsman said.

Ojha stressed that Sudhindra was their strike bowler and vice-captain while Mishra was skipper in the last season. Ojha was confident that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) would free the game of this evil. u00a0
