An MP has complained to the police that his pocket was picked close to parliament house


Kirit P. Solanki, a Bharatiya Janata Party Lok Sabha MP from Ahmedabad, said that an unidentified man picked his wallet containing Rs.16,000-17,000 and credit cards in the Constitutional Club premises Sep 2, police said.


Solanki said he came to the club from his house at South Avenue in the evening to attend a function. "When he was coming out of the club he got stuck in the crowd. He checked and found that his purse was missing," police said.
