With gold prices at an all time low, onions are the new loot. In a bizarre incident, a case of onion theft was registered with the Wadala Truck Terminal police after 739 kg of onions were stolen from a vendor at Prateeksha Nagar.

Anant Naik was robbed of 14 sacks on Saturday. He left for his Shastri Nagar residence at 10 pm on Friday and returned on Saturday morning to see the sacks missing.
