For schnitzel and burgers
While traditionally made with veal, schnitzel, the popular German breaded cutlet, is now offered in pork and chicken versions. Haven't tried it yet? Bite into Crumbfried Schnitzel, available in pork, chicken and cottage cheese, on the Oktoberfest menu curated by chef Siddharth Kashyap. Also on offer is the mighty Double Kraut Double Cheese Double Tenderloin Burger (inset) starring buff patty. Wash it down with a range of Beerita, a hybrid of beer and margarita. These include Blonde Bombshell (in pic) laced with mango and jalapeno or Beach Please with orange marmalade. If you're on a budget, opt for a Mini Bratwurst Platter with craft beer at '999.

For beer cocktails and frankfurters

What's Oktoberfest without beer and hearty German fare? Savour German Sausages, Frankfurters (in pic), Chicken Schnitzel, German Broth and Pork Ribs. Pair them with beer cocktails like Moscow Mule (vodka, lime, beer), Dark and Stormy (rum and ginger geer), and Nuclear Bomb (shandy with a twist). The cocktails are priced at Rs. 299, but you can also order a bucket with four beers (two domestic and two imported)

For cheap beer and stout chicken wings

Not all of us can afford to fly to Munich for Oktoberfest, but the team at Bar Bar have got us covered. For a slice of Munich

Dance to the tunes of the official Oktoberfest band Die Kirchdorfer, which has been playing live at the Munich Oktoberfest since 1994. They'll be flown down by The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce as part of the German Days in Mumbai celebrations. Get a 500ml Gateway craft beer voucher on entry.

For a challenge
