Beer lovers have two days of music, comedy and craft beer to look forward to
For beer lovers, few things can beat the joy of a freshly-brewed drink with a foamy head. If you are one of them, this event will make chilling this weekend a lot easier.
Be it ale, wheat beer, lager or stouts, Brewdle 2017 will offer over 40 varieties of craft beers to quench your thirst. The list of breweries features city favourites including The White Owl, Gateway Brewing Co. and The Barking Deer, and for those who haven't ventured beyond, there's an opportunity to try brews by Moonshine Meadery, Flambos and Ninkasi Brewerkz.

If you love the thrill of competition, the festival has quite a few events lined up. Participate in games like flip-cup, beer ball and chug, and beer pong. Enthusiasts can also engage in foosball, darts and a doodle arcade. Those who'd rather engage in a more intellectually stimulating activity get to show off their knowledge of wine and food pairings. There's also a beer pairing and brewing workshop that will guide you on how to go beyond the tried-and-tested beer with fries combination. Test and flaunt your food pairing skills when picking grub from the participating eateries including Wok Express, Punjab Grill and 212 Cafe All Day.
Along with food, games and beer, a few live acts have been thrown in as well to complete the itinerary. And after all that beer guzzling, settle down for a gag-fest by stand-up comic Kunal Kamra, gritty rap by Naezy, and groovy electronic music by Komorebi, Malfnktion, Your Chin, Oceantied, and Kumail Hamid among others.
