Mumbai: Riding on Satyalaksha Jain’s dazzling century, Mumbai U-14 scored 362 in response to Gujarat’s 150 on Day Two of their West Zone three-day game at the Wankhede Stadium on Saturday.

Mumbai, resuming the day on 131-2, had a rocky start before Jain (138) and Kesarsingh Thapa (67) steadied the ship and put on 186 for the sixth wicket. The hosts’ last five wickets fell for just 15 runs. At stumps, Gujarat were 67-4, still trailing by 145 runs.
