Dear Diana, Whenever, my girlfriend and I go out, she is so busy interacting with everyone that she barely talks to me nor does she acknowledge my presence.
The strangest thing is that she doesn’t even tell the people she meets that she is seeing someone. When the night is done and I drop her home, she says “I’m sorry honey I got busy chatting that I didn’t manage to give you much time.” I don’t know why I’m tolerating this behaviour.

Dear Danny,
Stop being a wimp and learn to stand up for yourself. She treats you like an accessory who she tags around during outings. If you are like the ‘Mary’s little lamb’ following her everywhere, you have only yourself to blame. While she is busy hobnobbing, you patiently wait for her finish. Next time introduce yourself whenever she begins her marathon chats with anyone instead of allowing yourself to be a mute spectator in front of others. You are taking things lying down, so she is continuing to let you be a hanger-on. Start initiating a conversation and be part of her group.u00a0
