Irate customers who have been waiting for months for delivery of their high-end bikes from SNK (Kawasaki) dealership at Palm Beach Road in Navi Mumbai have said they will now take legal action against the owner.
They said the dealership owner, Satyen Karandikar, had taken the full cost of the bikes in advance promising delivery within a month.

After multiple promises made by Karandikar, as well as officials from IKM (Indian Kawasaki Motors) that the issue would be resolved after meetings with senior IKM officers (mid-day had reported this on August 15), it has been learnt that both IKM and the 11 angry customers will be initiating legal proceedings. When mid-day tried to get in touch with Karandikar, he refused to comment.
