Los Angeles Clippers NBA star Blake Griffin's model girlfriend Kendall Jenner and her famous family is being blamed for basketballer's recent injury

NBA star Blake Griffin hurt by Kardashian curse?

It's been just a couple of months since the relationship between American supermodel Kendall Jenner, 21 and Los Angles Clippers' NBA star Blake Griffin has been out in the open. It's the third famous basketball star to link-up with a Kardashian. And call it coincidence or a strange family curse, but it's also the third basketballer to be struggling since his association with a Kardashian.

Kendall's elder sister Khloe's former husband and LA Lakers' NBA star, Lamar Odom made a mess of himself after a series of injuries followed by drug addiction and women issues. Thereafter, Khloe, 33, has been dating Cleveland Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson, 26 and recently, he too is out after suffering a calf injury.

Now, Griffin has also got injured. During the Clippers' recent (120-115) win over the Lakers, he suffered a sprained MCL (medical collateral ligament) in his left knee and could be out for two months. And his teammates are now fearing that he too has become a victim of the Kardashian curse. "The team are not doing well right now, but this latest injury [Griffin] has some of the players convinced that the Kardashian curse is actually a real thing, a source told US website HollywoodLife.com.
