The alumni of the Bombay Scottish School here have approached the makers of 'Neerja' to catch the first show of the film.
The special screening will take place on Friday.
"We were approached by the alumni of Bombay Scottish School who were classmates of Neerja, so it is her batch and they have booked a screen at PVR and people are flying from all over to watch the movie together," Atul Kasbekar, who has co-produced the film, said in a statement.
"I am sure that for them it will be an emotional and cathartic moment to remember one of their own who was with them in much simpler and happier times," he added.
Directed by Ram Madhvani, 'Neerja', which features Sonam in the title role, is produced by Fox Star Studios and Bling Unplugged.
The film, which also stars Shabana Azmi and Shekhar Ravjiani, releases on Friday.
