New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, Gisele Bundchen, have supremely fit bodies. And besides their stringent exercise regimes, they follow a very strict diet too.

"80 per cent of what they eat is vegetables," the couple's personal chef, Allen Campbell told Boston.com

"I only use organic vegetables. And whole grains — brown rice, quinoa (protein-packed grain), millet (a type of cereal), beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats — grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon," added Campbell.

The couple also have a detailed list of what they do not eat. That includes: white sugar, white flour, caffeine, dairy products, solanaceae plants (meaning peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms), gluten-based items and fruit (except for the occasional banana).

The chef said he works up innovative dishes to make their meals interesting. For example, for breakfast there's Bradycakes — pancakes made from eggs, protein powder, flaxseed, and almond oil.

Tom and Gisele have fun foods like pizza too, but with a twist. "It's a cauliflower crust pizza topped with cashew 'cheese' and spinach," said Campbell. And as for dessert, it's raw, dairy-free avocado ice cream, said Campbell.
