Nick Cannon has revealed that he is "feeling good" and is "100 percent," after suffering from kidney problems in early January.
The 31-year-old rapper returned to his '92.3 Now' radio show this week, and told listeners about his health on Tuesday.

A few follow-up visits with the doctor are in the future, but Cannon said that he has recovered. But he may have to take some time out of his busy work and family schedule to relax.
"Because of this situation I know that I don't need to go so hard," CBS News quoted him as saying.
He also said that he can't "overdo it." "It's more about just my way of living ... It's really about taking some time," he added.
