Ferrer recovered from a set down to overcome Benjamin Becker from Germany 3-6, 6-2, 6-4 in a 125-minute battle.
Second seed Feliciano Lopez booked a berth in the final by defeating Kyrgios 7-6 (7/2), 7-6 (7/5).
