The 32-year-old actor, best known for his role of John Connor in "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines", took to his Twitter page for the first time since he returning back home to acknowledge his family and fans for standing by his side, reported TMZ online.
"I really want to thank everyone, strangers and comrades, for all of the love and support freely given to myself and my family. All my love to my beautiful wife. I couldn't have gotten here without you sweetheart," Stahl posted.
The actor's wife Rose filed a missing persons report in May when Stahl disappeared for a week. He checked into rehab a few weeks later, but vanished again in June.
Rose, who demanded the actor undergo random drug tests before he could spend time with their daughter, called off the search for Stahl at the end of last month and begged the troubled star to return home. The couple is believed to have since reunited.
