National Institute of Event Management (NIEM) received the ‘Best Institute Award’ in the Event Management Education Category at the prestigious EEMAX Global Awards 2015 presented by the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA).
The award was given by Mr. Vivek Oberoi and Mr. Kaushik Roy. EEMAX is the industry premier Award Ceremony to recognise excellence in the event and experiential marketing. The evening was attended by industry stalwarts such as Sabbas Joseph, Roshan Abbas, Viraf Sarkari, Andre Timmins, Brian Tellis, Gulshan Grover, Vivek Oberoi, Dia Mirza, Celina Jaitely, and Patrick Roubroeks. Judged by an esteemed national and international jury, EEMAX Awards are the industry standard for recognition and excellence.
NIEM ex-student Keyur Shah, founder director of Usually Unusual Entertainment was the official stage manager for the esteemed awards, which goes to prove that NIEM’s training make you reach places.

When contacted to give their reaction to the awards Dr. Hoshi Bhiwandiwalla and Dr. Rajiv Zaveri said that they were thrilled and thanked EEMA and the Jury for honouring NIEM. They said the credit for the award goes to the support NIEM receives from the vibrant event industry, our world-class faculty, our coordinators and above all the unconditional support received from our students.
