Nigaar Khan says being fit is not rocket science

 

According to her, it’s 10 per cent physical work and 90 per cent mental work. Instead of hitting the gym, she believes in doing cardio and lifting weights. She mostly sticks to meditation, yoga and stretching for peace of mind. She drinks plenty of water too as it helps in having good skin and avoids dehydration. Points noted!
