No headway in Neetu's death

Forty-eight hours after the dead bodies of Additional Commissioner of Income Tax Dinesh Singh's 28 year-old sister-in-law and three-and-a half year-old niece were found under mysterious circumstances near the railway tracks at Nilaje station, the Thane GRP is still clueless whether the deaths were a result of an accident, suicide or murder.

After recording statements of Neetu Singh's maternal relatives and obtaining the post-mortem report from Thane Municipal Hospital, the GRP on Sat conduct their funeral services.

Singh and her daughter Ishita had left her Dombivli residence at 9.30 pm last Thursday, saying she was going for a walk. However,u00a0 90 minutes later, their bodies were found lying about three km away from Nilaje station.
