The LA County District Attorney's office has suspended Shia LaBeouf's driver's license for one year.
The action is the resultant of The Transformers actor's refusal to take a breathalyser test following his July 2008 car crash.
According to a report by Access Hollywood, LaBeouf's suspension which took effect on January 17 came to being after his "refusal of chemical tests" after the accident.
The Department of Motor Vehicles, too, has confirmed the news.
