The behaviour of high-profile athletes has been brought into focus once more after England cricketer Ben Stokes was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning after he was involved in a brawl at a Bristol club.

Southgate said there was no question of his boys going out late at night at next summer's World Cup, if they do qualify obviously. "I can't see in a tournament where we would actually be letting them go out at night. I can see why time with their families would be important," he stressed.
