Silk route
The Taj Khazana exhibition brings an array of cotton silk and Tussar silk saris, dupattas and suits. Being organised by Karigar Weaves, the do will woo you with its fine Maheshwari woven borders in a riot of colours and textures running all through the saree. Then, there are block prints in traditional boota jaal, as well fine geometric designs. There are suits, too.

The Manipuri ballet by Manipuri Nartanalaya will see an amalgamation of different nuances of Manipuri dance, with the centralised theme of devotion to God. "The human form is the tiniest yet the most rational creation of God. Our performance is a tribute to the Almighty", says Bimbavati Devi, the choreographer.
