North Korean leader orders rockets on standby to hit US base
North Korea's top leader Kim Jong Un has ordered the country's rocket units to be on standby to attack US military bases in South Korea and the Pacific region.
The move comes in response to the United States flying Stealth bombers to its southern neighbor.
The DPRK's official KCNA news agency says Kim signed off on the orders at a midnight meeting of top generals.
According to the report, he 'judged the time has come to settle accounts with the US imperialists in view of the prevailing situation.'
