NSCI's futuristic auditorium

NSCI Club which boasts of having one of the city's best indoor venue, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium, recently added the CentreStage multipurpose auditorium that screened the multi-starrer movie, Wazir.

The screening was held exclusively for the members of NSCI Club. The auditorium with seating capacity of 214 screened the film on Sunday and Monday and all the shows of the movie were houseful. It has luxurious interiors with the state-of-the -art latest audio and video equipment.

The latest Dolby Processor CP 850 which is used worldwide for screening high-end cinema is installed here to provide the best digital experience to the viewers.

The country's biggest international musical event, The Beauty and the Beast, a part of the Walt Disney Production, was hosted at the stadium. Programmers like Percept, OML and Viacom 18 have hosted many events here.

With the increasing number of people indulging in leisure and sports activities, sports clubs have become a significant place for enjoyment and public interaction along with a variety of extracurricular activities. Sports clubs always have a centre of talks due to their societal potential of promoting sports, culture, talent and sublime facilities for grand events and recreational activities. The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is such institution, which has history associated with the eminent leaders of free India, who with great vision and foresight formulated the policy of promoting games and sports in the country.

The club has plans to show new movies and can also be used for private screenings and parties. NSCI which tends to look at satisfaction of all its members of various age groups including the youth, the middle age and the senior citizen has amenities to offer everyone. The outdoor activities added include cricket and football for passionate sport enthusiasts. The club is going to introduce a brand new Olympic Swimming Pool (50 mt.) connected to East lawn, new banquets, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, walking track and a service apartment at the old sports complex.

The current committee behind India's biggest sports club is a team of growth oriented visionaries who aspire to make NSCI an integrated sports, leisure and entertainment club in India.
