New Zealand skipper Daniel Vettori won the toss and elected to bat against India in the weather-hit third and final cricket Test here today.

India made one change to the team which played in the drawn second Test in Hyderabad, bringing in Ishant Sharma for injured pace spearhead Zaheer Khan.

New Zealand have penciled in pacer Andy McKay in place of Brent Arnel.

The match will start at 1230hrs and 70 overs will be bowled today instead of the regulation 90 after the entire pre-lunch session went without a ball being bowled due to the wet outfield.

The Teams: India: M S Dhoni (c), Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, S Sreesanth, Pragyan Ojha, Ishant Sharma
