In what will surely come as a heartbreak for the legion of admirers of Leryn Franco, the Paraguayan Olympic hottie is set to tie the knot soon with long-time boyfriend Ivan Almeida.

According to reports, Ivan popped the question earlier this month and Leryn was more than happy to accept his proposal.

While the duo has been living together since January, pictures of Leryn sporting a sparkling ring on her engagement finger emerged only recently, sparking rumours that the pair was ready to take the relationship to the next level.
The javelin thrower only finished 51st at the 2008 Beijing Olympics but was the second-most searched athlete on Yahoo after Michael Phelps during the showpiece event.
She also started dating World No 1 tennis ace Novak Djokovic during this time with many newspapers even reporting that the two were inseparable at the athletes village in Beijing.
However, they broke up after their hectic schedules did not allow them any time for each other after the Olympics.
However, Leryn's modelling career has taken off ever since with the 32-year-old even making a sizzling appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2011. In the London Olympics, her third Olympic till date, she failed to make it to the finals.
While her javelin failed to find the mark at Beijing and London, when it comes to her love life, it seems she has already won gold.
