Zubi Dubi is topping charts these days, and singer Mansi Scott seems to think that song should have been sung by her. She tells CS, "Zubi Dubi was just meant for me. It is just my kind of song." The singer, who is known for her westernised voice, plans to perform it at one of her live shows too. 
But while fusion, stylised renditions might be more her style, Mansi tells CS that she is pretty good at semi-classical too. "I've given semi-classical a shot and I can hold my own in that genre also. But the problem in India is that you need to train as a classical singer before you can be bold enough to sing in public.
Abroad that's not the case. As long as you have a good voice, you'll be accepted as a singer. So, I'm too scared to experiment with classical just yet." Well Mansi, we are glad you are ready to sing a different tune these days.
