The 43-year-old said that after each season, she follows “a clean diet: no meats, no sweets, no alcohol, no cheese, no fried food, no wheat”, while working out five days a week, boxing three days and lifting weights the other two.
Talking about her pregnancy weight, she said that she went from a size four to a size 14 when carrying baby girl Krishna around three years back and it took her 13 months to shed all those extra pounds.
