The Delhi Police yesterday filed a 33-page chargesheet in a city court against five accused in the brutal gang rape and murder of a 23-year-old trainee physiotherapist.
The formal set of charges was filed against five of the six accused as the sixth person apprehended in the case claimed he is a minor and his case would be heard by the Juvenile Justice Board.u00a0
The chargesheet was filed before Metropolitan Magistrate Surya Malik Grover, who will consider it on January 5.
