Anderson, 48, starred on the 'Baywatch' TV series which became a worldwide phenomenon between 1992-1997. The actress said she is unsure about doing the film because she doesn't want to be the 'old lady' on set, reported Female First.
"Well, they called me and asked me to be in it, but I haven't decided yet. I don't know. I don't like remakes of TV shows and I kind of want to leave it as is and be remembered for that. I don't know if I want to go on 'Baywatch' and be, like, the old lady working at a counter somewhere".
The film, starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra, has already begin its principle photography and is scheduled for a May 2017 release.
