Barcelona defender Gerard Pique's pop star wife Shakira has play down a recent report that her husband does not like her shooting sexy videos.

In February, Shakira had filmed a provocative lesbian video Can't Remember to Forget You with pop star Rihanna, and said that she had to take Pique's permission before doing so.

"I asked him if he agreed with everything and he agreed. I wanted to make sure because he's super jealous. He's a man. He's territorial. He wants to know everything is under control," she had said.

Light-hearted comments
However, in a recent interview with American magazine Ocean Drive, Shakira clarified: "It's funny, when I made those comments, it was really in a light-hearted, humorous way.
Gerard does not tell me what to do. In my house, the balance of power is equal." Pique and Shakira have a one-year-old son Milan Piqué Mebarak.
