The Cinderella star, who played a homosexual character in her latest critically acclaimed movie Carol, contradicted her last statement at a recent press conference, saying that she had relationships with women, but they weren't sexual.

The 46-year-old Australian actress added that whatever be her choice, it doesn't really matter as in today's world no one actually cares and everyone is the same.
Blanchett, whose character falls in love with a younger department store clerk woman in the movie, said that it was the first sort of lesbian story that had a "happy ending".
