New Delhi: Polaroid launched the next generation of the popular Cube lifestyle action camera, the Wifi-enabled Cube+, at CE Week 2015. In addition to taking still images and 1080p video, the new Polaroid Cube+ now packs Wi-Fi capabilities into its small 35mm squared frame.
Compatible with iOS and Android devices via the Polaroid Cube+ app, users can sync the camera with their smartphone or tablet to capture and share their videos and photos instantaneously. The app allows users to control their Polaroid Cube+ lifestyle action camera through their mobile device, or use their device as a viewfinder to ensure every shot is captured just right.
Additionally, users can edit, save, print and share their videos and photos instantly from their mobile device using the app.
The Polaroid Cube+ lifestyle action camera maintains the innovative design elements consumers love about the first generation Polaroid Cube, including its iconic 35mm size and shape. The Polaroid Cube+ features a simple one-button design and a rugged, rubberized exterior all wrapped by the iconic Polaroid Color Spectrum. Its built-in magnet allows it to attach to bicycle handlebars, helmets, household appliances and more.
Polaroid again partnered with renowned design firm Ammunition to create the Polaroid Cube+ lifestyle action camera. Led by industrial designer Robert Brunner, Ammunition is the design studio behind award-winning consumer products for brands including Adobe, Beats by Dre, Square, and Williams-Sonoma.
