Priyanka Chopra who has been busy promoting her upcoming film Dil Dhadakne Do was to join the star cast of Prakash Jha’s Gangajal-2 in the first week of June now the actress will be joining a few weeks later.

Apparently Priyanka has to finish some shoot of Bhansali’s film Bajirao Mastani and she is also promoting her upcoming film. In the meanwhile Prakash Jha who is already in Bhopal is finishing the rest of the shoot till the time Priyanka doesn’t join the cast.
A source says, “Jha was already shooting in Bhopal with Manav Kaul and Rahul Bhatt. There were a lot of portions, which had to be shot without Priyanka. So he finishing that now and the shoot which he had planned to shoot later with others also he is finishing now as he has time at hand.”
Once Priyanka joins them around the 18th of this month she will be shooting for the film till July 22nd and will return to Mumbai after finishing the entire shoot.
Director Prakash Jha and Priyanka Chopra remained unavailable for the comment but a source close to Jha confirmed that, “Yes he is finishing the other shoot first and then Priyanka will join. Once she joins Jha plans to finish the film by June end.”
