Director duo Abbas-Mustan's multi-starrer thriller "Race 2" will be released Jan 25 next year
The makers promise more grandeur and thrill in the movie, a sequel to the 2008 movie "Race".u00a0"We felt it was just the right date to release our film," producer Ramesh Taurani said in a statement.u00a0
The multi-starrer thriller features Saif Ali Khan, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor and Ameesha Patel.

"We shot for the second schedule from Jan 23 to Feb 24. It took off smoothly and the star cast has been accommodating throughout. We are very excited and hope to make 'Race 2' bigger and better than the original," Taurani said.
Abbas Burmawalla of director duo Abbas-Mustan said: "'Race 2' is in the same genre and will be made on a grand scale as the original. We will be shooting in Turkey and Cyprus next. The story has plenty of twists and turns, and every character will have gray shades."u00a0
