Rajlakshmi Patil, daughter of former Mumbai Cricket Association vice-president Dr Vijay Patil, played a pivotal role in helping NSS Hill Spring International emerge as 'B' Division champions of the MSSA U-14 football tournament recently.
The Tardeo outfit beat Bombay International School (Babulnath) on penalties in the final. Rajlakshmi emerged as the top scorer for her school, scoring six goals in the tournament. She scored two goals each against JBCN International School and Jamnabai Narsee (Juhu), while one each one against St Anne's (Malad) and St Lawrence.
