Ramos gets five-match ban for abuse

Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos was handed a five-match ban for insulting a referee after being sent-off, the Spanish football federation said yesterday.

Ramos was sent-off in the 73rd minute for two yellow card offences during his team’s 4-0 win over Celta Vigo in the Spanish Cup on Wednesday.
