Ranbir Kapoor, who's had a brief lull period at the Box Office, is leaving no stone unturned to make his upcoming films a huge success on the cash counters of the theatres. For the past few months, fate hasn't worked in this brilliant and versatile actor's favour.

After the debacle of his films like 'Roy,' 'Bombay Velvet,' 'Jagga Jasoos', Ranbir is closely monitoring his respective upcoming films to get the nuances right. However, off late, the actor has taken up a new hobby. He has started training in horse riding and will take its lessons for the next few months.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, the actor takes his training at the Amateur Rider's Club of South Mumbai. Ranbir goes there every evening and is already done with two classes.

"For the next couple of weeks, Ranbir will be training in initial movements, like walk, trot, turn and halt. Suresh Tapuriah, who has earlier taught Jacqueline Fernandez and Kangana Ranaut equestrian skills, has now begun working with Ranbir. While it was just a hobby for Jacqueline, Kangana trained diligently for her period drama, Manikarnika, in which she plays Rani Laxmibai. Ranbir plans to learn till the advanced stage and will be coming in regularly," divulged the source to the publication.

Trainer Tapuriah told the daily that Ranbir's grasp is excellent and he's learning very fast.

Recently, Ranbir was even spotted at a renowned dance school in Mumbai for his best friend Ayan Mukerji's fantasy adventure film, 'Dragon.' Ranbir plays a hero with superhero powers in this film. Paired alongside Alia Bhatt, the film is soon expected to go on floors.
