Opener Dheeraj Jadhav's 194 put Assam in a commanding position against Tripura on Day Two of their Ranji Trophy Group 'C' tie at Maharaja Bir Bikram College Stadium here yesterday.
Jadhav shared a massive 222-run partnership for the third wicket with Tarjinder Singh (99) to guide Assam to 420-4 at stumps after Tripura were bowled out for a mere 136 on Day One.
