While the actors are yet to give a green signal, we hear that the makers want to make the Hindi version as big as the original. A source from the distributor’s office in India says, “The film is one of the biggest action genre franchise from Hollywood. The sequel GI Joe Retaliation is slated for release this month-end.”
Another source adds, “If news of the film releasing in India before anywhere else in world wasn’t big enough, now the makers want the Hindi dubbed version to be even bigger.” Ranveer and Varun have been approached to lend their voices for Channing Tatum and Dwayne Johnson’s characters.
