Ranvir Shorey's infectious energy proved to be a cause of concern for director Ananth Mahadevan while filming 'Gour Hari Dastaan'.
The actor, who Ananth teasingly describes as a madcap, would cause a riot on sets by indulging everyone in fun-filled chatter as soon as the camera went off. His good friend Vinay Pathak was also part of the merriment, much to chagrin of Ananth. The director wanted the latter to remain focussed on his biopic character.
Left with no option, Ananth ordered Ranvir to stay away from Vinay off-screen and maintain pin-drop silence. Ranvir scurried away and thankfully found solace in the arms of his wife Konkona Sensharma with whom he stuck for the rest of the filming duration.
