Dr. Prakash Vaze Sports Foundation will conduct the second Nirmala Vaze Memorial All India Open Fide Rating rapid chess tournament on December 14 and 15 at Maratha Mandal Hall in Mulund (E).
The event recognised by the All India Chess Fed, Maharashtra Chess Assn as well as the Bombay Chess Assn is a good platform for budding players apart from school children. The total prize money for the event is Rs 70,000 with 44 cash prizes on offer besides a certificate of participation for every player.
