India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who recently became father of a baby girl, has named his child ‘Nidhyana’. Jadeja, currently representing India at the ongoing Champions Trophy in London, revealed the name on his Twitter account.
“We have named our bundle of joy and little princess “Nidhyana,’” he wrote.
The Saurashtra star was unable to be present when his wife Riva delivered. In a video posted on the official broadcaster Star Sports’ website, Jadeja said: “I had to leave my pregnant wife behind. Family matters a lot to me, but it was also necessary to be part of the team with an important match coming up against Pakistan.”
