Hosts Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) entered the plate final of the All India PSU T-20 Cricket tournament after convincingly beating MTNL by 82 runs yesterday.
For RCF, Santosh Upadhye (64 in 44 balls) and Shivam Dubey (53 not out in 23 balls) came good with the bat. They were ably supported by the younger brother of former India batsman Vinod Kambli, Virendra, who chipped in with 39. For MTNL, Rajan Mungekar ploughed a lonely furrow with the bat in making 30 in 39 balls.
