Restricted entry: What doesn't make national headlines, but could, makes it here

Can you keep quiet?
Troubled by routine miscommunication and rabid comments by its leaders in the mainstream media, the BJP-led ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has advised its ministers and CMs of BJP-ruled states to follow one, simple formula: Just keep quiet, and let some seasoned bureaucrats comment on the same. High on the list, it is reliably learnt, is Haryana CM, ML Khattar and Maharashtra CM, Devendra Fadnavis.

Now, hunt for wrestlers
Remember Dalip Singh — the Great Khali — who made waves in the West as a professional wrestler before returning to India? Now, he has been signed up for Sony Six for a talent hunt. The organisers are confident but Khali (in pic below) is a little worried about the show's longevity. Why? No one better than Khali to know India doesn’t have too many young professional body builder cum wrestlers. Where will the Little Champs come from?

Cash in food
The Sultan of Multan, Virendra Sehwag, is out of international cricket but taken a deep plunge into the food business. The hard hitting batsman, whose relationship with MS Dhoni has been on the downhill for long, wants to invest in a food chain which will have footprints across India. Sehwag has told his family that he places food over cricket and that no match is possible on an empty stomach. The big news will come in early 2016.

Last Word
Now that his role in the national selection has been halved and that he has hinted at changing his IPL team, publishers have started queuing up to Indian ODI and T20 skipper MS Dhoni for his biography. There is just one condition: Dhoni has to write it himself. The rates, it is reliably learnt, are hovering between Rs 2-4 crores.
