Thw industry grapevine is abuzz with rumours of Richa Chadha teaming up with her mentor, Anurag Kashyap once again — four years after she featured in his critically acclaimed directorial, Gangs of Wasseypur. However, he wouldn’t be directing her this time, we hear. The actress has always maintained that she learnt a lot during the shoot of the 2012 crime drama in which she had a stellar role.
Says a source, “Richa is looking forward to work with Anurag once again and has liked the script a lot. She feels it is an experience to cherish, something akin to going to a film school. She is keen that he announce it before she starts talking about it.”
When asked about the buzz, Richa preferred to keep mum. She would rather talk about her other upcoming film, the sequel to her 2013 film, Fukrey. Her character of the tough talking Bholi Punjaban was well received. She says, “I just had a few scenes in the first instalment, but this time round, there is more depth to my character. You will see a fiercer Bholi in part two.”
