Christmas is a celebration of joy and the season of gifts andsharing, and to make the season special, around 90 bikers have decided to travel from Bandra Kurla Complex to the old-age home Assisi Bhavan in Goregaon spreading love and happiness on December 23.

We will also host a luncheon, spend a few hours with the members and organise a few entertainment events,” says Sheldon Pinto, captain of the ride. Sheldon, who is fondly called Father Sheldon by the club members, will be dressed as Santa and will distribute gifts.

u00a0“It’s Christmas, a season of caring and giving. We want to spread the joy and share our happiness with the elderly who have been left behind. Most people have been kept at the old-age home because their families can’t keep them. We wanted to give them something special, and nothing seemed better than a surprise visit,” he adds.

Sheldon says that the group will also be singing Christmas carols for the members of the Assisi Bhavan. The Bison Riders will start their journey from 10 am at BKC and the ride is open to all Bullet bike owners. “We are open to Bullet riders from any part of Mumbai. There’s no registration fee either. All you got to do is ride with us and share happiness,” adds Sheldon.
