Ridhima picked the role of a robot to enter the small screen space. The light-hearted show, which is aired on Life OK, narrates the story of a genius and a female robot.
According to a source, she met Ekta through writer and debutante director Sonali Jaffar as she shares a close bond with Ekta.
"I met Ekta for the first time on the sets of 'Bahu Humari Rajni_kant' as our writer, Sonali Jaffer and Ekta know each other since a long time now. She knew maximum of my co-stars from before. So, when I met her, I didn’t feel it was our first meet," Ridhima said in a statement.
"She is extremely down to earth and approachable. She felt I was refreshing in the promos that she had watched already. She wished me good luck and the advice she gave means a lot to me," she added.
Ridhima has appeared in a number of advertisements.
