Drummer Brad Hargreaves, says that they had been approached to perform in India before but had to decline due to their packed schedules. “Travelling to India has always been of interest to us and we are very excited to finally be able to do so.
We were thinking of playing a bunch of new songs off our next album for the first time live in India and then follow that up with a mix of tracks from the last four albums. But, chances are that we will play a mix of both. It’s our first time touring India, so we want to make it really special for the fans over here,” he adds.
Third Eye Blind performs live
Hargreaves admits to listening to Indian classical music and music by Zakir Hussein.u00a0“We have scheduled in some time off to get around to soak in as much of everything as we can. And yeah we want to sample the local food as well. Then we will head to the southern tip of Sri Lanka for five days of surfing,” concludes Hargreaves.
