Montreal: Indo-Romanian tennis pair of Rohan Bopanna and Florin Mergea were ousted from the men's doubles second round at the $3.5 million Canadian Open being played on the outdoor hard courts of Uniprix Stadium in Montreal.

The scratch Serbian combination of Novak Djokovic and Janko Tipsarevic accounted for fourth seeds Bopanna and Mergea to win 6-3, 5-7, 10-3 in an hour and 27 minutes on Wednesday.
