Los Angeles: Mixed martial artist-turned-actress Ronda Rousey has revealed she would love to star as Captain Marvel.

The 28-year-old star has revealed she dreams of starring in her own movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - and has identified Captain Marvel as her character of choice.

Asked during a Reddit Q&A which superhero she'd most like to play, she replied, "A lot of the good ones have been taken, but I'd like to vie for Miss Marvel."
This comes shortly after it was reported Rousey could be set to star in a biopic about her life.
The 'Furious 7' actress is the author of the best-selling autobiography 'My Fight/Your Fight' and Paramount Pictures has secured the rights to the book, with rumours suggesting Rousey will play the lead part.
