The 24-year-old British model and actress landed the coveted spot at the top of Maxim's annual Hot 100 list.
Olivia Munn, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz, and Mila Kunis rounded out the top five of the list. Rosie called the title a great honour.

"It's a great title to have for a year and you can have some fun with it," she said. At the party, Rosie met up with her Transformers director Michael Bay.
